Setting Up a New Entity

  1. Choose a Client-Facing Name:
  • Start by setting up your new entity. Choose a name that is appropriate and easily recognizable by your clients.
  • This name will be visible to others you collaborate with, so make sure it represents your organization or project well.
  1. Entity Availability:
  • Once the entity is created, it will appear on your user profile.
  • Within this entity, you'll find a recommended setup for groups that allows you to organize your work rapidly and securely.
  • These groups are designed to help you manage access and collaboration effectively.

Joining Groups

  1. Accepting Group Invitations:
  • When you are invited to a group, you will receive a notification or invitation link.
  • Upon accepting the group invitation, your name will be shared with the entity that owns the group.
  1. Accessing the Entity:
  • The entity associated with the group will now be listed on your user profile.
  • Clicking on the entity will take you to a dashboard where you can see all the groups within that entity that you’ve joined.
  1. Navigating Groups:
  • Inside each group, you’ll find a collection of notebooks, and within each notebook, a series of reports.
  • If you have write permissions, you can create new notebooks, reports, or upload files to the group.
  • If you only have read permissions, you can still view and download any files that your group has access to.
